The Indiana Health Care Association/Indiana Center for Assisted Living (IHCA/INCAL) is Indiana’s largest trade association representing skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities. IHCA/INCAL educates members, advocates for long-term care, elevates quality and reputation, and celebrates the successes of the profession.

Founded in 1961, LeadingAge New York represents over 600 not-for-profit and public continuing care providers, including nursing homes, senior housing, and assisted living. Its members employ 150,000 professionals serving more than 500,000 New Yorkers each year.

LNHA represents over 250 facilities serving approximately 30,000 elderly and disabled individuals daily. The organization supports nonprofit and for-profit nursing homes and assisted living communities across Louisiana.

Mass Senior Care represents nearly 400 organizations offering elder care services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and continuing care retirement communities. It promotes quality care and supports providers through policy, education, and collaboration.

NYSHFA/NYSCAL represents skilled nursing, assisted living, and adult care providers across New York. The member-driven association includes proprietary, nonprofit, and government-affiliated facilities delivering long-term and rehabilitative care.

The Texas Health Care Association (THCA) unites and supports professionals committed to improving long-term care. It provides member services, builds key partnerships, advocates for fair funding and regulation, and offers education to advance quality care.

The Washington Health Care Association (WHCA) promotes quality long-term and post-acute care while advocating for providers, staff, and the 43,000 frail, elderly, and disabled Washingtonians they serve each day. Member facilities employ about 25,000 people and deliver health, personal care, social support, and housing.
