Leadership Team

Marie C. Infante is a health care lawyer and advanced degree registered nurse with more than thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry.  She has extensive expertise representing clients in matters of state and federal healthcare reimbursement and regulation, health policy and innovation, survey and enforcement actions, due diligence, criminal and civil investigations, strategic communication and best practices in governance, risk and compliance.  As counselor at law, Ms. Infante continues to advise clients in health policy, reimbursement, regulatory, governance and compliance matters.  She also serves on the Board of Directors and as Senior Advisor to several healthcare companies and investment firms.

As a master’s prepared registered nurse, Ms. Infante has extensive clinical and administrative experience including fifteen years as a clinical specialist in orthopaedics and as a psychiatric clinical specialist in behavioral medicine and pain management.  She has been recognized by national and state professional organizations for her effectiveness as a mentor, trainer and for her advocacy on behalf of patients, the nursing profession and abused, neglected children.

Ms. Infante is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she received her BSN and MS.  She was awarded her MBA from Loyola University and earned her JD at the Catholic University of America in Washington DC.  She maintains advanced professional certifications in governance, risk and compliance and achieved certification as a professional Director by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
