Alicia Cantinieri serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Policy and Education at Zimmet Healthcare Services Group, LLC. With an extensive and dedicated career spanning over 27 years in long-term care, she has been a valued part of the firm for more than 13 years, during which time she has held a variety of roles.

Alicia is a nationally recognized expert and speaker in the field, specializing in the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, clinical reimbursement, care planning, compliance, and quality initiatives. She holds the prestigious AAPACN Resident Assessment Coordinator-Master Teacher (RAC-MT) designation and has also achieved certifications as a Resident Assessment Coordinator Advanced (RAC-CTA), QAPI Certified Professional (QCP), and Director of Nursing (DNS-CT).

Alicia’s academic accomplishments include an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a BS in Nursing from Wright State University. Her wealth of knowledge and experience continues to make a significant impact in the field of long-term care.
