Winning the Trifecta of MDS 3.0, RUG-IV and Compliance! |
The Skilled Nursing Facility industry finds itself in the “race of a lifetime.” As the healthcare reform initiative dominates policy efforts, unprecedented government fiscal pressures are dramatically altering the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Most notably, Medicare is expected to implement a revised assessment instrument and Part A RUG classification system during the next fiscal year. Meanwhile, Medicaid programs struggle to maintain financing levels as “Stimulus” funding expires. These changes will have a systemic impact on reimbursement management efforts.
The goal of this dynamic two-day program is to provide insight into how recent regulatory changes and industry trends will impact care delivery and financial performance. “The Reimbursement Derby” will provide you with tangible tools and resources necessary to keep your facility from “breaking stride” and ensure you land in the “Winner’s Circle.”
