CMS Posts Final Fiscal Year 2009 SNF PPS Rates
CMS has published the fiscal year 2009 SNF PPS rates. CMS has retracted their proposal to recalibrate the case mix indexes as published in the proposed rule. The final rule increases the PPS rates by 3.4%.
Clients may sign in to the client login section at the top of the page, navigate to "Client Only - Homepage" then choose “Rate Downloads - Part A Rates” to download their FY 2009 rates.
