F323 is in Effect
“F323 Hazards” went into effect 8-16-2007. This new tag eliminates F324 Accidents and incorporates a multitude of care and operational issues under the Risk Management or Hazards Umbrella. The tag addresses new definitions of accidents, falls, risks and hazards; as well as regulatory expectations for compliance in a interdisciplinary way. The Regulation also looks at compliance with Smoking Control, Risk for Elopement and Hazards in the Environment.
