Comprehensive Survey Support
Since our inception as a “regulatory support” firm for skilled nursing facilities, Zimmet Healthcare Services Group has continuously expanded our service offerings to provide our clients with progressive solutions to the challenges of operating in the post-acute care industry.
To this end, we are pleased to announce that we have added comprehensive Survey support to our mission. We have teamed with Howard Fensterman, Esq. and Patrick Formato, Esq. of the law firm of Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Flowers, Greenberg & Eisman, LLP and Sandy and Scott Freifeld of Sam-Fry, Inc. to form the Healthcare Compliance Group, LLC (“HCG”).
HCG has assembled a premier nurse consulting team to provide the following services to skilled nursing facilities:
• Mock Surveys (following the same format as respective state enforcement agencies)
• Immediate Jeopardy assistance
• Quality Assurance / Risk Management programs
• Plan of Correction
• Environmental tours
• Onsite in-service education
Most excitingly, HCG is working with major liability insurers to develop a risk management program to secure premium reductions for our client facilities that use our approved program for semi-annual mock surveys and training. This program demonstrates a SNF’s commitment to quality improvement.
